GCash Deposits & Cashouts — Guide, Limits and Troubleshooting
Banking is half our score, so we document it in full. Here is the GCash deposit walkthrough our desk uses, the verified limits and fees that apply, and a troubleshooting section for the pending or failed top-up that trips up new players.
Deposit by GCash in 5 Steps
GCash is the fastest way to fund a peso account. Have a KYC-verified GCash wallet ready, then:
- Open the cashier and choose Deposit, then select GCash as your method.
- Enter the amount in Philippine pesos — the minimum is ₱50, and GCash deposits can total up to ₱100,000 per day.
- Confirm to be redirected to the GCash payment screen (or scan the QRPh code shown).
- Approve the payment inside your GCash app; most top-ups reflect in your casino balance within seconds.
- If the balance does not update immediately, note the GCash reference number — you will need it for the troubleshooting steps below.
Verified Limits, Fees & Timing
All amounts are in pesos. Casino-side deposits and payouts are fee-free; the wallet rails set the caps.

Deposit Troubleshooting — Pending or Failed Top-Ups
Most stuck deposits are timing or reference issues, not lost money. Work through these before contacting support:
- Check the GCash maintenance window: transfers can lag between roughly 12:00 midnight and 03:00 PHT — wait and refresh before retrying.
- Confirm the debit: if GCash shows the payment sent but the casino balance is unchanged, keep the reference number and do not send a second payment yet.
- Verify the amount is above the ₱50 minimum and within your remaining ₱100,000 daily GCash allowance.
- Make sure the wallet is in your own name — third-party accounts are rejected under PAGCOR rules and will bounce a deposit.
- Still pending after 30–60 minutes? Send support the reference number, amount and timestamp; a confirmed InstaPay transfer is traceable and gets credited.
Cashing Out
Withdrawals mirror deposits but require KYC before your first payout. Once verified, choose Withdraw, pick GCash, enter the amount within your InstaPay limits (₱50,000/txn, ₱500,000/day) and confirm. Approved funds usually land in minutes to about an hour; first-time or peak-time payouts can take up to roughly three hours. There is no casino-side withdrawal fee.
